Software requirements
The Light Language (LL) software is a Windows program. Thus, the LL software needs
the Windows operating system (OS) on your computer.
Macs do not come with Windows already installed. Thus, If you want to use the LL
software on a Mac, you need to install Windows on your Mac before you install the LL
software in the Windows part of your Mac.
To install Windows on a Mac you need a special Mac program that allows Windows to
run on the Mac. Examples of such programs are Parallels, VMware, Boot Camp. There
are others. Boot Camp is free from Apple. The others you pay for. You have to decide
which of these programs is a fit for you. To help make this decision you can:
1. visit your local Apple store
2. go to the Apple website
3. search the Web
Hardware requirements
Processor speed: 900 MHz or higher
RAM (memory): 1 GB or more depending on the Windows version
Disk space needed: 15 MB
Note: the LL software does not run on the iPad.
